Rule 32
Written Permission To Be Obtained
If the residents within the Conservation Area desire to extract the soil, stores, gravels or sand for their own personal use a written permission of the Council shall be obtained. While issuing such permission by the Council, it shall be issued on the recommendation of the Committee.
